Can we use the videos anywhere?

Yes. You can use the testimonial videos across your website, sales presentations, social media, advertising, and email campaigns. They are yours to use as marketing assets.
How long does each interview take?

Customer interviews take about 20 minutes or less. They are conducted virtually and are designed to be relaxed and conversational. We guide the discussion so customers can comfortably share their experience.
Do we need to manage scheduling?

Nope! ProofStream handles customer outreach, scheduling, interview coordination, recording, and editing. Your team simply introduces us to customers you’re comfortable featuring.
Can we request edits?
Of course! Each month’s videos include one round of revisions if needed. Additional revisions can be requested at an additional cost.

What happens if you miss a month?
Occasionally, an interview may shift beyond the original month. Common reasons include a customer rescheduling or canceling their interview. For this reason, we actually try to be a recording or two ahead.
If a testimonial isn’t recorded in a given month, you won’t be billed the following month. Billing only resumes once the number of completed testimonials matches the number of months you’ve paid for.

Can we cancel anytime?
Of course! ProofStream is a monthly subscription, and you can cancel at any time. Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
